Shipping, Cancellation, Return & Refund

Dispatch

• Thailand orders: Dispatched within 24 working hours.

• International orders: Dispatched within 36 working hours due to additional quality checks and documentation.

Delivery

• Bangkok: 1–3 days after dispatch

• Other provinces: 2–5 working days

• International delivery:
  7–14 days via FastShip Standard
  5–7 days via DHL Express

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is dispatched.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only by contacting
contact@wayaaway.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 working days.

For international orders cancelled before shipment, refunds will be issued after deducting currency conversion fees charged by the payment processor.

Returns

Thailand orders

• Request must be made within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and with original tags.

Refund will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

International orders

• Returns are not accepted.

• If an item arrives damaged, we will refund the product value (shipping costs excluded).
